Dr. Richard Strauss was a former Pastor and noted Bible conference speaker. He was also the son of Dr. Lehman Strauss. He is now home with the Lord.

Lesson 1

What does it mean to be “in Love”? How do you know you love somebody? Paul describes God’s kind of love for us and what that love should look like in us.

Lesson 2

Are there ugly babies in the Word of God? This lesson looks at four of them that are found in 1 Corinthians 13. They are the consequences of our sinful nature. We also learn how God’s love helps us overcome them.

Lesson 3

Do you fight for your rights? Paul said that love does not seek its own. The way of love lets us lay down our rights for others so that we can build up others. The teacher also gives us some principles for when we should not lay down our rights.

Lesson 4

Is life a game to be won? Do you keep score? This lesson looks more qualities of love and how God’s love overcomes anger, record keeping, and selfishness, the score cards of life.
