00400 Understanding The Gospel (Level 1)

Speaker: BBN Staff

Description: A proliferation of religions, denominations, and preachers, each emphasizing a different idea as to what the Gospel is, has led to much confusion and false doctrine in these days. Dr. Seymour's lessons take the student to specific Scriptures and identifies the true biblical idea and intent of the Gospel. He then shares five key elements found in the Gospel message: God's Demand, Man's Condition, God's Provision, Man's Response, and God's Guarantee. This study will inspire you to the Gospel's priority and your role as God's messenger in this world. This is a vital course for every believer. These lessons are taken from Dr. Richard Seymour's book, Fishing For Men, and are voiced by one of our BBN staff. Dr. Seymour has spent over 40 years in Christian ministry and has authored several other books. He has taught in Bible schools and colleges for more than 30 years. He currently serves on the faculty of Frontier School of the Bible in Lagrange, Wyoming.
