Percentage Bequest:

Residual Bequest:
“I give and bequeath all (or ____%) of the residue of my estate to Bible Broadcasting Network, Inc., a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, located at 11530 Carmel Commons Blvd, Charlotte, NC 28226, Tax ID # 54-0888863.”

Contingent Bequest:
“If [primary beneficiary] is not living at the time of my death, I give and bequeath the sum of $______ (or ___% of my estate) to Bible Broadcasting Network, Inc., a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, located at 11530 Carmel Commons Blvd, Charlotte, NC 28226, Tax ID # 54-0888863.”
