Kenny Baldwin assumed the role of Senior Pastor of Crossroads Baptist Church in Bailey’s Crossroads, Virginia, in 2011. Saved at the age of four and called to preach at the age of nine, Dr. Baldwin is in high demand as a dynamic and effective preacher of the gospel. His ministry at home and abroad has impacted nearly every segment of society. He is a lecturer and serves on the Board of Directors at Veritas Baptist College. Kenny Baldwin has an intense burden for mentoring young men.

Dean Miller assumed the position of Senior Pastor at Front Range Baptist Church in Fort Collins, Colorado, in 2019. Pastor Miller has served in the ministry for over 25 years. The Lord has given him the opportunity to preach all over the world in revivals, conferences and youth meetings. He is known for his passionate preaching, contagious soul-winning, and thoughtful shepherding.

Jim Van Gelderen was raised in a pastor’s home and is a graduate of Bob Jones University. He developed a burden for young people in his college years as he trained for the ministry. Since 1984, he has traveled with his wife Rhonda with the Minutemen Evangelistic Team, conducting The War of Special Forces, a youth revival ministry week in Christian schools. Jim also serves as Vice-President of Baptist College of Ministry, a position which he has held since 1999.

Morris Gleiser entered full-time Evangelism/Revival work in 2000 and bases his ministry out of Dallas, Texas. As God has directed him, he has served as a youth pastor and as camp director of West Branch in Flagstaff, Arizona, where he traveled with his family in evangelism while promoting and directing the camp. Morris Gleiser’s desire is to continue to minister to young and old alike through evangelism and a strong pulpit ministry.
